The most powerful man in the free world, America’s President. There have been 43 different individuals who have taken this title. Some were very young like Bill Clinton, John F Kennedy other not so much. Today we look at some of the oldest men who became the President of the USA.
William H. Harrison held this title for nearly 150 years when he became the president of USA in March of 1841 at the age of 68 years, and 23 days. He held the office for just a month.
Note: he also holds the shortest presidency in the USA history.
Then came along Ronald Reagan, who took this title when he became the president in 1981 at the age of 69 years, 11 months, and 14 days.
But you would be shocked to find that he is not the oldest president. That position is currently held by the frenzy and charming Donald Trump. He was 70 years, 7 months, and 7 days when he took office in 2017.
